How do I return a product?
Returning a product within/from Norway is free! Contact the customer service and we will send you an email with all the return information needed. If you are returning a product from any other destination please read the Shipping and Return information.

If you are after a particular item which has sold out please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can arrange a pre order and secure this item for you and get it to you as soon as possible.
What if I entered the wrong address?
If you have entered the wrong address for delivery please be sure to contact our customer service as soon as possible, and we will correct the address prior to dispatch. Please note: If your order has already been fulfilled we are unable to change the address or delivery destination as it is on its way to you. In this case we advise you to contact your local delivery service to redirect your mail to the correct address. We cannot redirect your mail on your behalf. Alternatively you can collect your parcel from your local delivery service. We can not process refunds or cancellations due to incorrect address or undeliverable item.
